Mark Length: Have a friend (or carefully do it yourself) mark the very end of your longest toe on the paper.
Measure: Use a ruler or tape measure to measure the length from the wall to your toe mark. This is your foot length.
Compare: Match your foot length to the 'INSOLE LENGTH' columns in our size chart to find your ideal KOLNOR size.
