HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We process orders within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 8-20 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delays may occur due to customs processing or unforeseen circumstances.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment on the carrier's website. If you haven't received your tracking details, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@kolnor.com.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply, and these are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR DAMAGED?

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@kolnor.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order in good condition.

REFUND & EXCHANGE

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. To start a return, please contact us at support@kolnor.com, and we will provide you with the necessary instructions and the best return address based on your location.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS?

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package reaches us safely. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for lost return shipments.

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?

Due to our automated warehouse process, cancellations are not possible once an order is placed. However, if your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update address details, sizes, or variants. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes. If the order is already in transit, you will need to wait for delivery and then request a return.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days and issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund. If you haven’t received it after 15 business days, contact us at support@kolnor.com.
